Bad News, Good News, Better News and The Best News

The bad news: The number of homes sold in March 2009 compared with March 2008 is down 25%. But to put that in perspective that only means that only 200 less homes sold during that period.

The Good News: Our homes are holding their value. The sales prices are only down 3% compared to last year.

The Better News: The government incentives are starting to work. The Buyers are out in force looking at homes and making offers in order to take advantage of up to $14,000 in tax credits.
